Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to ensure your sunglasses are safely tracked back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the sunglasses in their original protective microfiber pouch and hard case to prevent lens scratches during transit, then secure them in a shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 3-5 business days.
